Family Nurse Practitioner

Obeghaenre “Obe” Harris is a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 15 years of nursing and healthcare experience. Her clinical background spans primary care, behavioral health, hospice and palliative care, chronic disease management, preventive health, home-based care, and care coordination.

Obe’s dual certification allows her to provide care from an integrated perspective, recognizing the important connection between physical and mental health. Her experience supports the evaluation and management of both medical and behavioral health needs while emphasizing individualized treatment plans, patient education, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Throughout her career, Obe has remained committed to compassionate, evidence-based, patient-centered care. She is passionate about improving access to quality healthcare, empowering patients and families through education, and supporting patients through complex and chronic health conditions with dignity and respect.

Obe earned her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner and later completed Post-Master’s training as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Samford University. Her advanced education and broad clinical experience provide a strong foundation for caring for medically and behaviorally complex patients across a variety of healthcare settings.

Through her work with Post Acute Clinical Services, Obe is committed to delivering comprehensive care that promotes clinical stability, strengthens continuity of care, and improves quality of life for residents. She supports coordinated in facility care delivered 7 days a week by the provider network.
