Leslie Kendrick is a Board-Certified Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in critical care, ICU, step-down, and post-acute environments. She provides comprehensive primary and acute care services for adult and geriatric patients, including homebound individuals, with a focus on managing complex medical conditions safely and effectively.
Leslie’s expertise includes acute and chronic disease management, medication reconciliation, cardiac and neurologic care, stroke prevention education, and recovery management following cardiac catheterization and surgical procedures. Her ICU background includes titration of vasopressors, insulin, sedation, and anticoagulation drips, as well as ventilator and central line management, giving her a strong foundation in high-acuity clinical decision-making.
Throughout her career, Leslie has worked across hospital systems, progressive care units, PACU settings, and skilled nursing environments.
