Miranda Sierra serves as Office Manager for Post Acute Clinical Services, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in healthcare administration and medical credentialing. She is passionate about helping healthcare organizations and providers navigate the complexities of credentialing, administrative processes, and day-to-day operations with accuracy, organization, and a strong commitment to supporting the clinical team.

Originally born in Nebraska and raised in Texas, Miranda brings a warm, people-focused approach to her work. She values strong relationships, clear communication, and creating systems that help both providers and organizations operate more smoothly.

Outside of work, Miranda is a proud wife, mother of five, and soon-to-be Mimi. She enjoys reading, true crime, cooking and baking, traveling, live music, and cheering on the Houston Astros, Dallas Cowboys, and Houston Texans. Most of all, she enjoys spending time with her family, making memories, and embracing life’s adventures.
