She has cared for patients with both acute and chronic illnesses, managed central lines, supported pre- and post-surgical care, provided wound care, educated patients on medications and discharge planning, and collaborated closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to implement individualized plans of care.
Her home health experience strengthened her expertise in diabetes management, wound care, patient and family education, and the care of medically complex patients in community settings. She also served as a school nurse, where she performed health screenings, managed communicable disease concerns, coordinated referrals, and developed individualized care plans for students. Earlier urgent care experience included patient triage, occupational health testing, specimen collection, and supporting diagnostic and treatment procedures.
Tiffany earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner focus from Rowan University. Her advanced practice clinical training included urgent care, women’s health, pediatrics, and internal medicine. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University and progressed through both practical nursing and associate degree nursing education before advancing into graduate practice.
