Christy Lewis is a Family Nurse Practitioner with experience providing comprehensive primary and post acute care across diverse patient populations. Her clinical background includes chronic disease management, preventive care, acute illness treatment, and coordination of care within interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Christy has worked extensively in post acute, long term acute care, hospital, and rehabilitation settings, caring for medically complex patients with a strong emphasis on continuity, patient education, and evidence based treatment planning. Her experience includes management of chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, respiratory illness, and cardiovascular disease, along with medication management, diagnostic interpretation, and preventive health services.
Prior to advanced practice nursing, Christy served in numerous RN roles across progressive care, intermediate step down, COVID response, and travel nursing assignments throughout the United States. These experiences strengthened her ability to work within high acuity environments while collaborating closely with physicians, specialists, nursing staff, and rehabilitation teams to improve patient outcomes and support quality care delivery.
