Dr. William DeMarchi is a seasoned and compassionate physician with more than three decades of clinical experience in patient care, medical leadership, and practice development. Known for his dedication to excellence and long-standing patient relationships, he has provided comprehensive healthcare services to generations of patients throughout Florida and now North Carolina.

After earning his medical degree from New York Medical College, Dr. DeMarchi completed his residency training at the University of Miami’s Jackson Memorial Hospital. Board-certified in Internal Medicine, he has built a distinguished career blending traditional medical practice with entrepreneurial vision, having designed and developed multiple successful multi-specialty medical practices.

In addition to his foundation in internal medicine, Dr. DeMarchi expanded his expertise into medical aesthetics, where he has become recognized for delivering high-level cosmetic and rejuvenation services. His work includes advanced laser treatments, skin rejuvenation, vascular and pigmentation therapies, laser hair removal, microneedling, body contouring utilizing thermal and muscle stimulation technologies, and facial symmetry correction using dermal fillers and neurotoxins. His aesthetic philosophy focuses on natural refinement and medically supervised outcomes.

After more than 25 years of practice in Palm Beach and Broward County, Florida, Dr. DeMarchi expanded his services to North Carolina, establishing Bella Vita Downtown in Raleigh. While new to the region, his reputation and expertise in both internal medicine and medical aesthetics date back to 1998.

Today, Dr. DeMarchi also devotes significant attention to subacute and long-term rehabilitation medicine, emphasizing strong clinical outcomes and value-based care models.
