Sheri Klass, MSN, FNP-BC, GNP-BC, is a board-certified Family and Gerontological Nurse Practitioner with more than 16 years of advanced practice experience providing comprehensive care to older adults across primary care, post acute, long-term care, rehabilitation, emergency medicine, and inpatient settings. She is passionate about delivering patient-centered, evidence-based care that improves quality of life while helping patients maintain their highest level of independence.

Throughout her career, Sheri has developed extensive expertise in the management of medically complex patients, including chronic disease management, medication optimization, preventive care, pain management, and care transitions. Her clinical background includes caring for residents in skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, and hospital settings, where she has consistently focused on improving patient outcomes through collaborative, interdisciplinary care.
